I am a professional mechanical engineer with 3 years of experience testing the feasibility of the existing 3D or 2D model of different geometries and mechanical parts with Ansys. I have sound knowledge in Ansys Fluent, Static Structural, and Steady-State Thermal analysis.
I work in two different ways:
a. Only simulation
- Give me the source file of your existing 3D or 2D model
- Performing essential simulation and analyzing the result
- Advise where modification is necessary
b. Simulation with 3D or 2D modeling (Additional Charge required)
- Give me the concept of design/rough sketch
- I will make 3D or 2D designs with Solidworks or Autodesk Fusion 360.
- Perform the simulation, analyze the result
- Modify the design and simulate again to validate
